Chef Gurmehar Sethi has opened Ziu- Innovative Thai Kitchen restaurant at Sangam Courtyard, RK Puram.

The restaurant offers Thai dishes like Kanom Krok, a creme Brule` stuffed with chicken and tofu, and Meing Khum, a pepper leaf stuffed with garlic, chilly, lime and tamarind.

"Despite trotting the globe, working and mentoring restaurants in Dubai, Kuwait, London and Bangkok, I decided to come back home and drop anchor in Delhi with my first affordable luxury restaurant. I hand-picked every detail, from food plates to my architects to creative design,” shared Sethi.
