multi format value fashion retail, premium beauty services retail and F&B industry.
Senthil is currently the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Dindigul Thalappakatti, (A 3rd
generation brand established in1957, India's largest and No:1 Biryani restaurant chain with
100+ outlets across India, US, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.
Senthil spearheads the overall growth strategy of the brand which includes Operations,
Expansion, Projects, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience & Loyalty, Delivery, Logistics and
Human Resources. The key commitment is to expand the brand across globe with consistent
