Aman Thadani is Director, TIAM Foods Pvt Ltd and is operator-led restaurant entrepreneur building food businesses where execution matters more than hype. Working across casual and premium dining formats in Chennai and Pondicherry, he is part of the leadership team at TIAM Foods Pvt Ltd, contributing to the growth of brands like Ciclo Café, a lifestyle-led café rooted in community and cycling culture, and Firo, a contemporary Indian food-forward resto-bar. A graduate of Krea University with grounding in business and economics, Aman’s interest in hospitality began early. During college, the shift to study-from-home during Covid gave him unexpected access to the real world of operations - interning on-ground and playing a hands-on role in opening a Ciclo Café outlet in Anna Nagar. That experience shaped his approach: practical, systems-first, and deeply operator-driven. Focused on unit economics, backend infrastructure, and repeatability, Aman believes strong restaurants are built in the back-end long before they shine on the floor. Outside work, his interests in cycling and off-roading mirror his professional mindset—endurance, control, and comfort with complexity.
