Having heard of the term Superfoods the first time, Mr. Rakesh Kilaru wondered why these health-enhancing foods are outside the reach of us Indians. In 2015, passion and curiosity led him to Mexico and Peru- the native countries of the infamous Chia and Quinoa seeds. Through partnerships with local farmers, he gained a deeper understanding of how these superfoods can be farmed to benefit everyone consumers, farmers, and the planet. After several trials and approvals, Mr. Rakesh brought the miraculous health benefits of Chia and Quinoa to India and thus, Nourish You was born. n partnership with Krishna Reddy and Sowmya Reddy, the three came together to build Nourish You to share their vision of creating a healthier world by offering nutritious superfoods that are sustainably sourced and remunerative for farmers. Nourish You is the first brand to retail homegrown Chia and Quinoa in India.
