Curefoods is also looking to expand its cloud kitchen footprint across multiple cities and build backend technology to manage its multi-brand, multi-city kitchens footprint.
The company has received intimation on August 18, 2021, regarding dissolution and winding up of Zomato USA LLC effective from August 17, 2021, the filing added.
As per Zomato, India food delivery GOV in Q1 FY22 grew by 37% QoQ to INR 45.4 billion ($605m), from INR 33.1 billion ($442m) in Q4 FY21 (@ 1 USD = 75 INR).
