India’s one of the famous and loved ice cream brand, Naturals, has resumed its operations and now doing online deliveries.
Started from 8th June 2020, Naturals Ice Cream has reopened the shutters of its Mumbai factory.
Unlike what’s usual for brands, Naturals invested the first week to thoroughly sanitise every corner, rebuild the hygiene process to stay a step ahead of the suggested standards and sensitize its staff to the new health protocols that need to be followed.
After the sanitisation and training , Naturals began procuring fresh fruits from its trusted sources. Complete care has been taken to secure the entire procurement process. All of these deseeded at the factory and then put through the ice cream manufacturing cycle, with 100% control on the production.
“At Naturals, we have spent over three decades putting the customer experience at the center of every brand decision. That focus is at its sharpest today as we navigate these uncharted waters,” said Srinivas Kamath, Director, Naturals Ice cream who has invested time and resources in ensuring hygiene & safety first.
To ensure that there isn’t sudden pressure on their systems and staff that could make it vulnerable, Naturals Ice Cream began with manufacturing and delivering only select eight seasonal flavours.
In line with the summer season and their bestselling flavours, Naturals resumed with Mango, Tender Coconut, Chickoo, Roasted Almond, Anjeer, Choco Bite, Malai and MalaiKhurma flavours. As always, these will be made with only three ingredients - fresh fruits, milk and sugar. With no preservatives, Naturals retains all the original flavours of the fruits with the snappy zing of the most refreshing ice cream.
The ice creams will, for starters, only be available in tubs of 500g. As and when the situation develops, more flavours and sizes of packaging will be introduced.
