Yazu Goa, the acclaimed Pan-Asian Beach Club known for its vibrant tropical energy and stunning beachside location launches their revolutionary new menu, "The Bold Edit." 

Yazu Goa’s The Bold Edit is a culinary adventure where unexpected pairings, daring textures, and playful layers redefine dining. Curated by Brand Chef Vadim Shin, the menu lives by its philosophy: “Mild is cancelled. Bold is served.”

Founded by Ranbir Nagpal, Gurmeet Arora, and Atul Chopra, is a Pan Asian Beach Club nestled on the vibrant shores of Goa. Established in 2020 in partnership with Marquis Beach Resorts, it offers a serene ambiance, cozy seating, and an innovative menu curated by Head Chef Vadim.

Signature dishes include Peruvian-Inspired Kiwi & Pine Nut Dumpling with a surprising twist on a classic, Shogun Heat Roll with the layers of crunch, spice, sweetness, and umami, Umami XO Golden Scallop with delicate scallops elevated with rich XO sauce.

Expertly paired cocktails enhance each creation which includes Democrat with the Shogun Heat Roll, Koen with the Dumpling, and Yazu Club with the Scallop.
