Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel launches KMCY, a contemporary fine-dining destination dedicated to the rich legacy of Sichuan cuisine. 

KMCY takes its name from four core Sichuan cooking techniques: Kao (roast | grill), Men (braise stew), Chao (stir fry wok toss), and Yen (steam | poach). Together, they capture the essence of the region’s culinary philosophy.

Rooted in the principle of “one dish, one style; each flavor, distinct,” KMCY celebrates the rich traditions of Sichuan cuisine. Every dish is crafted with vibrant ingredients and layered aromatics—bringing together the fiery heat of chilies, the tingling punch of Sichuan peppercorns, and the depth of spices like star anise. From wok-tossed stir-fries and hearty noodle bowls to slow-brewed broths and smoky grilled specialties, each plate is a vivid expression of Sichuan’s bold and diverse flavors.
