
Gola Sizzlers marks 37 years of culinary excellence, a journey that began with a single vision: to create India’s most beloved multi-cuisine dining experience. Founded by Naresh Kapoor in 1988, has grown from a single Delhi restaurant into a national chain known for its family-style dining and multi-cuisine menu.
The brand began as Gola 31, a small ice cream cart offering 31 flavours, before expanding into catering and banqueting with innovative “food-on-the-go” concepts. In 1992, they opened Delhi’s first sizzler restaurant, introducing a new style of dining that quickly became popular.
Over the years, Gola Sizzlers has widened its menu to include North Indian, Continental, and Asian dishes, and today operates over 30 outlets across India. The company is now set to launch its flagship restaurant in Bandra, marking a key milestone in its nationwide expansion.
