
DOME at InterContinental Marine Drive will introduce a new food and cocktail menu from January 1, 2026. Located above Mumbai’s Queen’s Necklace, the rooftop lounge is known for its sea views, white interiors and relaxed evening atmosphere.
The new food menu has been curated by Executive Chef Lalit Rai and focuses on seasonal ingredients, local flavours and global cooking techniques. Signature dishes include the Konkani Crab Bao and the Shiso and Betel Leaf Wadi. Other highlights include Pull Apart Pav, Truffle Kataifi Fries, Mock Duck Siu Mai, Matcha Salmon Maki, NZ Lamb Chop Schnitzel and 48-hour proved sourdough pizzas.
Alongside the food, DOME has refreshed its cocktail programme under the direction of Kushkant Tripathi, Director of Food & Beverage. The cocktail menu is divided into four sections—Fruit Forward, Inventive, Potent and Night Cap offering a range of styles from light and refreshing to bold and spirit-forward.

We wanted to create something that honours Mumbai’s rhythm while embracing global craftsmanship. The idea was never to overwhelm but to elevate, to take familiar ingredients and let them speak in a new dialect. This menu is our way of showing that comfort and creativity can coexist beautifully on the same plate.”
