Organic Creamery by Iceberg Opens Flagship Craft House in Hyderabad

Organic Creamery by Iceberg has opened Craft House, its flagship store in Khajaguda, Hyderabad. Spread across 5,000 sq. ft., the outlet is located at Arka Rochish on Khajaguda–Nanakramguda Road. The store marks the brand’s 12th outlet and features seating for around 100 guests.

A key feature of Craft House is a 21-foot cocoa tree at the entrance, which reflects the brand’s focus on nature and ingredients. The interiors also incorporate natural elements and handcrafted details, creating a space where guests can enjoy ice cream while spending time with family and friends.

The flagship store also introduces two exclusive chocolate offerings. The Chocolate Mousse, made using Pure Way Isolate, adds a rich chocolate option to the menu. The Double Layered Hot Chocolate, developed in collaboration with Sid Farms, is another addition available exclusively at the Khajaguda outlet.

The launch is part of Organic Creamery by Iceberg’s expansion plans, with the brand targeting 100 stores by 2030. Its strategy includes opening six Craft House flagship stores in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi and Ahmedabad, along with 94 regular Organic Creamery outlets.

Speaking about the launch, Suhas B. Shetty, Founder and CEO, Organic Creamery by Iceberg, said, “With Craft House, we wanted to create a space that gave people more reasons to come together over ice cream. The scale of the store allowed us to explore our ideas around nature, ingredients and design in a much more expressive way. The cocoa tree was an important part of that vision. We also introduced exclusive chocolate offerings for this store, giving our guests something new to discover. As we expand into more cities, we want Craft House to stand apart as our flagship format, with each location reflecting its own character.”

While regular stores typically cover 1,000 to 1,500 sq. ft., Craft House follows a larger format designed to offer a more spacious experience. With its distinctive design, seating capacity and exclusive menu, the new outlet adds another destination to Hyderabad’s growing ice cream market.
