Mr. Vineet Wadhwa is a restaurateur based in New Delhi, India. His colossal knowledge of food and a crisp understanding of business along with an innate sense of aesthetics have established him as a leading name in the city's restaurant scenario with his two properties, Fio Country Kitchen & Bar and Fio Cookhouse & Bar. He also successfully runs a high end food catering company, Cuisines & Concepts since 2004.
He worked with Taj Mahal Hotel & Palaces in Mumbai in 1980s and was also part of the popular fast food brand 'Wimpy's' during its initial few years. He also worked as a consultant under Ajit Haksar, a name to reckon with in the Indian restaurant scenario and the man behind iconic restaurants like Bukhara and Dum Pukht. It was while working with Mr. Hasker that Mr. Wadhwa understood how introducing interesting concepts can turn around the fate of hospitality businesses.
