Prior to joining KMPG, Srinivas worked with I-farm Venture Advisors, Frontier Growth Advisors, Reliance Retail, DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited and RPG Life Sciences.
He specializes in Strategy, Business transformation, Commercial Due Diligence, Project Management & Deals. He is professionally creating an Agri Market Modernization plan focused on Infra development, Process re-design and IT integration for Agriculture Marketing Department, Govt. of AP. He assisted AP State Civil Supplies Corporation for Supply chain process optimization for 20 Lakh MT Rice distributed from about 25,000 FP Shops. He further assisted them for process planning and manpower realignment.
