Chef Nishant comes from a family of academicians. After graduating from Bhopal catering college, he joined Oberoi group of hotels, Rajvilas Jaipur. He has also worked with Jumeirah group, Olive Group, Dusit Devarana and celebrity restaurant Cibo to name a few.

Cooking for him is giving a gourmet experience to esteemed guest. He has many awards and accolades in his kitty including; 1st prize at the Bocus d' Or competition- 2009, Selected for Southern US training by Southern Foods Program in 2010 and was also awarded gold medal at Aahar 2013 in the innovation category.
