An alumnus from the IHM, Bangalore, Chef Mayank is no stranger to combining modern culinary techniques with classic cooking. Enhancing his knowledge and expertise in the kitchen, Chef Mayank has mastered the dining techniques working with many renowned chefs.
His assignment prior to PVR was with Olive Bar and Kitchen MUMBAI & Olive Bistro Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon as the Chef De Cuisine, and is now Executive Chef of PVR the Luxury Collection.
During his tenure, Chef Mayank has played a critical role for the preopening and opening phase of the restaurants where he was responsible for all the culinary operations providing the best dining experience to the guests.
Chef Mayank has been voted as the 'Top 5 chefs under30 to watch out' for by What's Hot, The Times of India, 'Fine Young Chef' by Hindustan Times. Mayank has also received a certification from the world renowned Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, France, where he followed intensive training in Classical, Mediterranean and Contemporary French cuisine.
