Balaji Subramaniam has been with Middleby for over eight years starting with the management of Middleby India, a part of the Middleby food processing group. He also manages Spooner Vicars in UK, a storied brand into manufacturing of Industrial bakery equipment with a history starting from 1849. He has now taken over the overall responsibility for Middleby’s India operations which includes Middleby Celfrost.
He started his career after completing his bachelors in engineering here in India and a masters in the US and continued in pharmaceutical and automotive sectors before taking over Middleby India. Engagements with various Middleby entities which are served by Middleby India, Balaji brings an understanding of Middleby strengths in various segments it is involved in and will leverage these to meet the needs of the fast growing QSRs and chains in India.
With Quality, Service and Delivery as the cornerstone of his campaign at Middleby Celfrost, we are looking forward to helping the industry with new introductions like Sveba Dahlan, Firex, Globe Food Equipment, etc. which are now part of the ever expanding Middleby family.
His focus is to further strengthen relationships that have been established leading to a significant market share for Middleby products in India. Middleby Celfrost will also partner with new entrants to give them the right-size solutions that will grow with them.
