Description

The idea for Mais Recipe Masalas first germinated when my mother, fondly called Mai, visited her eldest son in the U.K. She was very disappointed that although Indian readymade masalas were available, they did not impart the same depth of flavour, taste or aroma compared to her own homemade spice blends, that she used to grind herself by hand, back in Nashik.

My father in law: Mr Shinkar, has more than 50 years experience in manufacturing and marketing their family spice blends for garam masala, goda masala and chai masala. Incorporating the many family recipes handed down the generations, we established our brand: Mais Recipe Masalas ek anokha swad under Nilarya Industries in 2019. The idea was not to create just yet another masala brand to crowd the market shelves, but to show that Mais Recipe Masalas were truly unique in imparting that genuine homemade taste, flavour and aroma, that is simply lacking in many commercial brands.

Our brands reputation, based on the quality of products and service, speaks for itself. Today we have retailers and distributors not just in Mumbai but also overseas in Norway. We have also completed individual orders in the U.K. But we aspire to go global. If you are not already a customer or retail distributor.
