
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest hotel franchising company, today announced the signing of two new Dolce by Wyndham properties in Goa and Udaipur, marking the brand’s entry into India and underscoring Wyndham’s continued expansion into the upscale leisure sector.
Developed by Fine Acers Group, led by Dinesh Yadav, the Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur, are both expected to open in 2030.
They will contribute to India’s growing premium hospitality landscape, catering to strong demand from leisure, weddings, meetings and corporate gatherings.

Set against the breathtaking Aravalli hills in Kodiyat, Dolce By Wyndham Resort Udaipur will feature 250 elegantly appointed rooms, a sophisticated lobby lounge, all day dining and signature restaurants, expansive banquet and lawn venues, versatile meeting spaces, a full service health club and spa, and a stunning outdoor pool—thoughtfully designed to cater to discerning luxury leisure guests and large scale destination weddings.
This development continues Wyndham’s regional expansion in Udaipur, where Wyndham has 5 hotels following the successful introduction of Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Garden hotels in the city.
