Rajeev Matta

To people who know him well, he is the one-stop solution provider to any problem, be it life, work or anything in between. He is a stickler for perfection and a believer of getting work done, no matter how. These are probably the best words to describe Mr. Rajeev Matta, the COO of Foodlink.

Born in Varanasi, he studied Hotel Management at PUSA, New Delhi and is a graduate in Arts from Delhi University. He also has a degree in Business Management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.

He started his career in the hotel industry with a stint at the Centaur, Delhi. After which he decided to switch to a career in teaching and joined IHM-Ahmedabad where he taught Food Production for 12 years. This move was a boon to the food industry as many of his students today occupy top positions in the field.

He has also worked with HAVMOR, country’s favourite celebrity chef - Sanjeev Kapoor to name a few. He is also part of the guest faculty at Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts in Pune.

After a good stint of 19 years with Sanjeev Kapoor, Rajeev joined Foodlink, India’s foremost name in Banquets and Catering arena with client list boasting of who’s who in the country in their Restaurants division.
