Gautam is leading people and culture portfolio with Chaayos since April this year. He has worked for more than 20 years with Telecom, IT industry, Aviation, FMCG and Retail. He is an MBA (HR) from Punjab University and a Chemical Engineer from Regional Engineering College, Jalandhar. He has worked extensively for building people and culture best practices across various organizations including Bharti Infratel, Jet airways and Coca-Cola. Gautam has an experience of working with large organizations as well as a start-up and understands the complexity of managing manpower practices in both the set-up’s. Gautam believes in new age employee practices based on the values of freedom and responsibility and is a proponent of an open organization. He has a keen interest in psychometrics and is certified on Hogan, MBTI and OPQ. He has a keen interest in sports and is an avid runner and swimmer.
