Conrad Pune, Hilton’s flagship luxury hotel in the city, has appointed Cindrella Gomes as the Director of Food & Beverage.

In her new role, she will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage strategy and operations, with a focus on strengthening culinary positioning, enhancing guest experiences and further reinforcing the property’s positioning as a leading luxury lifestyle and gastronomic destination.

“Conrad Pune is an exciting and dynamic luxury destination with a strong focus on culinary excellence, design, experiences and guest engagement. I look forward to working with the team to innovate and elevate the F&B journey for our guests and partners,” she shared.

A seasoned luxury food and beverage leader with over 17 years of experience, Cindrella most recently served as Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. She has previously worked with leading global hospitality brands including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hyatt Hotel & Residences and Sofitel, Mumbai, BKC, where she played a key role in driving operational excellence, F&B strategy, and guest-centric innovation.
