Vishal Kapur is a hotel management graduate from the prestigious IHMCTAN College, Calcutta, India. He finished his degree in 1994, and has been one of the pioneers in the Indian Quick Service Restaurant Industry.
His earlier significant contribution has been the growth of Domino's Pizza in India, where he started in store management and held various operations and training positions in the organization.
Mr. Kapur was also heading Costa Coffee, where he ran the chain's 100+ store operation in India. At Devyani International (franchisee for Costa Coffee) he was also responsible for expansion of KFC Restaurants in Nigeria.
His current assignment is with Citymax Hotels (India), where he is responsible for growth of the food and entertainment division of Landmark group in India. The division currently has 20 stores of Fun City and 28 stores of Krispy Kreme. Vishal's mandate is to grow the current business of these brands as well as scout for new opportunities.
