Pranay is the 4th generation to take forward the legacy of The Embassy Restaurant & Catering, which was established in the year 1948 and has been one of the pioneers in the Indian Food Industry over the years. The Embassy today has three restaurants and a flourishing outdoor catering business.
Pranay completed his schooling from The Doon School, Dehradun. He then went on to pursue a degree in Economics from Hans Raj College, Delhi University, followed by a Masters in Commerce from the University of Sydney, Australia to strengthen his business acumen.
After a 7-year long stint as a Management Consultant at Accenture India, he decided to join the long-time family business. Since his arrival, The Embassy Catering has gone through major upgrades in terms of presentation, branding, new cuisines, market visibility, etc. He has many plans for the future of The Embassy Catering and to take it to a whole new realm of cuisine.
