Inspired by a life-long love for food and culinary adventures, Alex Moser turned his passion into a career 17 years ago by commencing work at Grand Hyatt, Berlin.
Chef Alex is what culinary dreams are made of - experimental, passionate and conversational. He likes to play with flavors and spice.
His passion saw him take up assignments and various roles with the Hyatt group over the years. He donned the chef’s hat in the hotel chain in Germany, Dubai, Russia, France, Switzerland, Holland and Turkey.
His first stint with Andaz as a brand was when he worked for the opening of Andaz, Amsterdam, and that is where he fell in love with the quintessential dynamic brand that Andaz is. Thus, when the opportunity to join the first Andaz hotel in India came up, Chef Alex knew where his passion for food was taking him, to New Delhi.
A keen observer of arts of all forms that he incorporates in the way he cooks, Chef Alexis passionate about fresh, healthy and flavorsome products, drawing inspiration from seasons and cultures.
