Siddharth Bafna leads the Investment Banking Practice at Lodha & Co which is ranked amongst the leading investment banking firms in India. He is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, USA. Siddharth has been an advisor to many leading restaurant companies and led M&A / PE transactions for many restaurant brands including the likes of Moshe's, Masala Library, Smoke House Deli, Papa John's, Costa Coffee, Mocha, etc. He has advised on the following deals:

Sale of Moshe's, a leading cafe chain in India, to New Silk Route, a $ 1.4 billion PE Firm, Acquisition of stake in Impresario (of Mocha, Smoke House Deli fame) by Mirah Group (owners of chains such as Rajdhani, Mad over Donuts, Cafe Mangii and Manchester United Bars) for INR 40 Crs, Investment by Mirah into Zorawar Kalra's new venture (Made in Punjab, Masala Library, Farzi Cafe), PE funding of INR 50 Crs for Indian franchisee of world's third largest pizza chain, Papa Johns, by TVS Capital, Entry of Costa Coffee to India – Advised the chain on its entry into India and partnering with Devyani group, Entry of Ping Pong to India - Assisted Mirah in partnering with Ping Pong, London's most famous dim sum chain.
