Srudheep’s leadership is defined by a unique "dual-focus" strategy: protecting the artisanal quality that has made Narasu’s Coffee a household name since 1926, while scaling the business into a future-ready, globally competitive enterprise. Under his stewardship, the company has recorded a remarkable 27% Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) as of early 2026, reaching a revenue milestone of ₹535 crore. With hands-on expertise across every aspect of the coffee value chain from sourcing and roasting to manufacturing, supply chain management, distribution, and business development. Srudheep combines operational excellence with strategic foresight. Before taking over the business, he underwent rigorous on-ground training within the company, developing a deep understanding of the entire bean-to-cup journey. This practical experience enables him to drive innovation while preserving the quality and authenticity that define the Narasu’s brand.
