Rajiv Singh Founder & CEO, Barista Beings

Rajiv Singh returned to India in 2024 after 34 years in the US coffee industry, where he built and ran Sunbelt Imports, Inc. of Houston, Texas. Starting in retail, he moved into distribution — supplying and servicing coffee equipment alongside imported Italian and locally roasted coffee. He later sold the business to Odeko, the online platform serving independent US cafés. Now in Jaipur, he runs an online espresso parts platform and a barista academy preparing baristas for café careers.
