Piyush Goenka Founder & Managing Partner, Prath Ventures/ Director at Safari Industries

Piyush Goenka is an investment professional with over 25 years of experience across venture capital and private equity investing, investment banking and research. Piyush is the Founder and Managing Partner of Prath Ventures. Prath is as an investment firm focused on investing in India consumer centric businesses.
Earlier, Piyush was a partner at Tano Capital (Private Equity firm promoted by the Franklin Templeton family, a firm with an AUM of USD 200M), for 16 years where he led investments in consumer, pharma, and financial services sectors. Prior to Tano Capital, Piyush had brief stints in investment banking and equity research. He is an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon, and CFA charter holder. Piyush loves partnering with companies in their growth journeys and helping build successful organisations. Piyush has served on the Board of several companies and is also currently director on the boards of Safari Industries, Safari Manufacturing, Radiohead Brands, J B Ecotex and Quantum Consumer Solutions.
