Laukik Bothara is the Founder & CEO of Colombian Brew Coffee, Didier & Frank Chocolates, and Christopher Cocoa. He is among a rare group of Indian founders who have scaled large, nationally dominant brands while retaining 100% founder equity and delivering industry-leading profitability. Under his leadership, these brands have built leadership positions in institutional and premium consumption channels—powering almost every cappuccino and hot chocolate served onboard all Indian airlines, supplying the Indian Army & Navy, and commanding significant category share across India’s leading quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. Before entrepreneurship, Laukik built a rigorous professional foundation as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, after a high profile engineering role on the New World Trade Center reconstruction in New York. He is an alumnus of INSEAD Business School (France) and the University of Southern California, and is widely respected for building capital-efficient, founder[1]controlled consumer businesses at scale in a sector often dominated by dilution-heavy growth models.
