Ishita Malpani is the Managing Director and CEO of Amruta Tea, a 39-year-old tea brand now in the midst of a full-scale transformation since she stepped into the business two years ago.
Positioning Amruta Tea as a new-age brand, her vision is to give customers not just quality tea but an emotional space to resonate with and express themselves, and, in the long run, to build it into a lasting legacy. Leading a complete brand makeover over the past two years, repositioning Amruta Tea as a new-age tea brand while working on team-building and portfolio expansion across the Malpani Group's FMCG interests.
Alongside this, she is building parallel teams within the Malpani Group to expand its FMCG product portfolio, with a particular focus on strengthening the supply chain and making it more system-driven.
