Ganesh is a third-generation entrepreneur and Chairman of Eswaran Brothers Exports (Pvt) Limited, bringing international experience from senior consulting roles at Steria and IBM in the UK before rejoining the family business over a decade ago. A former Chairman of the Tea Exporters Association of Sri Lanka and the New Village Development Authority, he holds a degree from the University of Madras, is a Fellow of CIMA (UK), and earned an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, USA. Guided by the belief that “for more than eight decades, tea has been our passion,” he leads Eswaran Tea with a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community impact—combining science, advanced technology, and responsible practices to deliver world-class blends while remaining the world’s only CarbonNeutral certified tea company.
