Founder at one of India’s luxury coffee brands called Bili Hu- Indian estate coffees, Bharat found his calling towards coffee in 2011.
While learning design from MIT institute of Design, Pune, Bharat came across a project with coffee board of India that intrigued him enough to make him pursue a course in coffee, later in 2014.
In 2017, he founded Bili hu coffees where they work with coffee growers across south of India, primarily Chikmagalur, Karnataka and source some of the finest Indian estate coffees out there.
The brand has grown well in the last 5 years and has the top luxury hotels in their portfolio, alongside some of the best boutique hotels, restaurants run by award winning chefs and cafés, pan India.
Among the brewers of Bili Hu are the Taj Group of Hotels, Oberoi Group, Accor’s Pullman, Novotel & Raffles, Postcard Hotels, Leela Hotels and many others across the country, restaurants include Olive Group, Indian Accent and 250+ restaurants across the country.
The brand has been exposed to the likes of Ratan Tata, Kumar Mangalam Birla, Sanjiv Goenka among noted industrialists and celebrities like Gauri Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sabyasachi Mukherjee among many others.
Given Bharat personally likes to interact with his customers, he also likes sharing his knowledge and passion at leading hospitality institutions like the Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development, Indian school of hospitality, Le cordon Bleu India, IIM Ahmedabad, among other hospitality & business schools.
