Mrs. Amulya K.G. is a 2011-batch officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS). She is serving as Director (Finance & Promotion), Coffee Board of India, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Bengaluru, on central deputation from the Ministry of Defence (Finance).
With over 15 years of service in public financial management, she has held key financial advisory positions across the defence services. Most recently, as Financial Adviser to the Flag Officer, Karwar, she was responsible for the financial scrutiny and concurrence of procurement proposals for Project Seabird under the Western Naval Command. She has also served the Indian Army and the Indian Air Force in financial advisory, audit and payment functions. Her expertise spans public procurement, financial advisory and governance frameworks. At the Coffee Board, she oversees finance and the promotion of Indian coffee. She steers initiatives in market development, brand building, value addition, sustainability certification and digital traceability to strengthen the competitiveness of Indian coffee in domestic and global markets.
