Vipin is currently serving as CTO for Starbucks India. He comes with 18+ years of professional experiences in management consulting, IT services and technology leadership. His experiences pans across multiple industry verticals including retail, QSR, healthcare, banking and telecom, and multiple geographies including North America, South Africa, India, Malaysia, Vietnam and Australia. At Starbucks, he is responsible for leading the technology and digital transformation agenda for the organization including end to end technology stack upgrade and driving the business leveraging new-age technologies. Prior to joining Starbucks, he was head of digital and technology for KFC India, where he led the digital transformation for three plus years including new app launch, POS upgrade and automating the delivery business. During his tenure in consulting, he worked with organizations such as Kearney and Accenture, where he helped multiple clients in defining IT strategies, enterprise architecture, IT operating and governance models and facilitating large outsourcing deals
