Earlier in his career, Chef Challu was the highly acclaimed and successful brand custodian as well as Master Chef of the Dakshin brand - while employed with ITC Hotels. In between his ITC Hotels career of almost two decades and his entrepreneurial journey, Chef Challu was the Corporate Chef with a major hotel group based at Hyderabad.
