Born in Hisar (Haryana), Sandeep took his love for leadership and food when he was still in school. From joining his mother occasionally in the kitchen to leading a team of classmates to victory, Sandeep was comfortable at both ends.

During his course, he interned with the prestigious Taj in the F&B section and has worked with leading names in the industry including Pizza Hut, KFC, Om Pizzas & Eats Pvt. Ltd., Evergreen Global and 8Food.

In his 15 years of varied experience, Sandeep has added many jewels to his crown. Reading customers’ needs has always been Sandeep’s special skill.

He lead a massive merger and acquisition for Om Pizzas and Eats Pvt. Ltd., when GFA took over a stupendous 55 stores of Pizza Corners, which eventually became Papa Johns’, in just three months and took the count of 20 restaurants to 67.

His guidance successfully steered Papa Johns’ path breaking new delivery model. Sandeep also holds the unique distinction of opening 35 profitable outlets within one month. Under his able guidance, Papa Johns’ received the ‘Most Fabulous Pizza Place’ Award and the ‘Customer Satisfaction Asia Pacific Award’, a testimony to his belief and knowledge.
