Mayur Tiwari is the Executive Chef at the JW Marriott Pune. In his role, Chef Mayur manages culinary operations in compliance with Marriott Operating Standards as well as shoulders the crucial responsibility of providing support to the General Manager, Director of Operations and Director of F&B in executing the hotel’s food & beverage strategy.
He began his career with the Hyatt as a Commis and eventually became the Sous Chef at the hotel, owing to a strong combination of his culinary expertise and management skills, coupled with his award-winning menu-preparation experience.
Armed with a Diploma in Hotel Management and Training Technology, and numerous other professional trainings, Chef Mayur’s ardent focus is to build and maintain a team of world-class chefs that will in turn increase patronage.
He has won many awards and accolades and firmly believes that his journey in the world of food has just begun.
