was established in the year 1982 & was formally registered under the Societies Registration Act,1860 in the year 1994.

To represent adequately the social interests of the members before any government body, semi government, local and /or any other statutory body, court, tribunal, hotels, restaurants and allied establishments. To strive for standardization of equipment/ product / services to the hotels, restaurants and allied establishments

To publish newsletters / literature etc. for the benefit of the members of the Association as well as hotels, restaurants and allied establishments in India and abroad. To establish, sponsor or collaborate with other agencies, organizations, institutions or services in fulfillment of any or all the above objectives.

To do all such acts, as may be required to be done in the interest of its members and in its own interest including investing in financial institutions and buying or selling any property in its own interest as lawfully permitted.
