Hailing from a family of chefs, Ahsan naturally oversees all the cooking and kitchen operations. Cooking runs in his blood as he belongs to what is widely considered the First Family of Indian food.
His legendary father is the first chef to be awarded the Padma Shree. Ahsan has managed large food and beverage portfolios in India, the Middle East and Malaysia.
