Mr. Gautam Srivastava is a Director with Deals Strategy team at PwC India and is the North India lead. He has around 13 years of experience in advising Corporate Groups as well as Private Equity clients in their strategy and M&A needs. He has assisted various Corporate clients in formulating entry / growth strategy, strategic and operational transformation of their business for making them 'PE ready', cost reduction and performance improvement solutions in Consumer / Industrial market space. He has also advised numerous PE companies on providing a market perspective, conducting Investment diligences, and creating value of their portfolio companies. Gautam holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
