Akhilesh Bahl, Founder & CEO, Malt & Salt Hospitality is a Hotel Management graduate and Bachelor of Commerce. He also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausees, Paris. Akhilesh founded Malt & Salt Hospitality in 2014 with the aim of providing excellence in Hospitality Consulting, Operations Management and Portfolio Investments Management.

With nearly two decades of experience in industries ranging from Hospitality, Real Estate, Strategic Marketing and Knowledge Management, Akhilesh decided to launch his own entrepreneurial venture. Being part of multiple start-ups, Akhilesh considers himself as a specialist at starting, launching and successfully operating Food and Beverage businesses.

Having lived and worked in UAE for the last eleven years, Akhilesh has developed an in-depth understanding and has gained valuable experience of the Middle East market. Understanding new trends, creating unique concepts and implementing ideas is the force for launching Malt & Salt Hospitality.
