Chef Vikas SethCulinary Director, Embassy Group, ELEPPL & Lounge Hospitality LLP

A well–travelled Chef with an innate understanding of culinary concepts and a strong passion for innovation, this IHM Mumbai alumnus comes with over two decades of work experience, in which he has travelled across some of the best culinary capitals of the world.

Currently the Culinary Director at Lounge Hospitality (Embassy Group), Chef Vikas Seth has been the brains behind Sanchos, Singkong, Rain, Cle´ Dubai, L’essence Foods, Nido, Aurus and Dish Central Kitchen & Bakery amongst others.

Born into a culturally-rich family in Amritsar, he is blessed with the acumen of culinary innovation and the palate of a well-eaten gourmand – few virtues that Chef Seth honed and enhanced during his stint at the Culinary Institute of America.

A truly multi-faceted chef, he has also authored a book for private circulation called “The Modern Indian Odyssey” and is the winner of UpperCrust Food and Wine Celebrity Chef Competition and voted ‘Star Chef of Month’ by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor on his widely popular website. Chef Seth also has a Youtube video playlist dedicated to him under the title ‘Mexican Fiesta’. A regular on culinary shows, Chef Seth was one of the Super Chefs on the Sony TV telecast Cooking Reality Show - ‘Kitchen Khiladi’ and has featured in ‘Sixty Years Sixty Chefs’ Book where the Top 60 Talented Chefs in Sixty Years from IHM Mumbai has been listed.
