Mihir Desai is the Co-Founder of the company Corum Hospitality. After his first stint with Amit as partners in Monza (Mediterranean), then Aziano (Pub) and Lemon Grass Phoenix (South East Asian), he formed the company 'Corum' that has, in less than a decade, created three successful and popular brands spanning over 6 locations in Mumbai.

Mihir Desai felt the entrepreneurial streak ever since his graduation from National College and jumped headlong into the hospitality industry after completing a bartending course from London. He has, since then, run over 7 restaurants till date and developed a deep insight into restaurants and their trends. Now on the brink of expanding all his current restaurant offerings, he is looking forward to experimenting with newer restaurant types and offerings.
