Mr. Sachin Bhatia spearheaded & co-founded the very young and vibrant Drishti Soft Solutions (www.drishti-soft.com), a leading provider of Contact Center and Enterprise Communications Solutions.

As the Vice President, Business Development, Mr. Bhatia has been instrumental in taking Drishti’s next-generation communications solutions to multiple geographies including Middle East, SE Asia, and Africa. He has implemented Contact Center Solutions across the world for both outsourced call centers and enterprises as a consultant. He is a new Markets specialist and has travelled to over 40 countries for Drishti. His interests include Optimizing Performance at Contact Centers and delivering solutions for integrating business processes and communications processes for customer facing functions.
