An IIT -IIM graduate with interests as diverse as mountaineering and event management, Gaurav Ahuja after having worked with the Global Markets Group at Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore, he co- founded Red Ginger Hospitality Pvt Ltd along with his wife Neha Ahuja in 2007. He left his cushy job to do something he was passionate about. The first restaurant from Red Ginger Hospitality was started in 2007 and Gaurav hasn't looked back since then. With 32 operational outlets and targeting to touch the 100 outlet mark by 2015, he has set Red Ginger Hospitality on the national retail map in a short span of six years. His chain of restaurants is spread across 10 cities in India including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kanpur, Patna etc serves more than 100,000 meals every month and employs 450+ people.
