Deepinder S Batth is the COO of Gourmet Investments (P) Limited, the master franchisee for PizzaExpress for the Indian Sub-Continent (excluding Pakistan). In his role, as the COO he is responsible for driving Company's commercial operations.
Deepinder began his career at IBM India where he was a part of the Global Business Services team, specializing in Supply Chain Management Strategy & Operations. He has the experience of working with teams and clients like Unilever in over 60 countries
Post IBM, and before joining Gourmet Investment (P) Ltd, Deepinder was the managing director & CEO at Janpath Restaurants (P) Limited, where he had secured the exclusive Franchise Rights for Nando’s for the Delhi NCR region and launched India's top 3 most successful Nando's restaurants
Deepinder completed his Bachelors in Economics and MBA from Punjab University. He is also a very avid golfer and likes to compete in National level tournaments from time to time.
