Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has appointed Ravi Rai as its new General Manager. In this role, he will lead the hotel's overall operations, focusing on elevating guest satisfaction, strengthening service excellence, driving operational performance, and nurturing talent across the property.

A hospitality professional with over 25 years of industry experience, Ravi brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, business strategy, guest relations, brand management, and commercial growth. Throughout his career, he has successfully led high-performing teams and played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and guest experiences across multiple hospitality destinations.

Before joining Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Ravi served as General Manager at The Orchid Hotel Mumbai. He has also held leadership positions within Accor, overseeing renowned properties including Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, Novotel Vijayawada, and The Bheemili Resort. His professional journey further includes significant assignments with leading hospitality brands such as Hilton, Taj Hotels (IHCL), and Carlson Rezidor.
