Restaurant India News: No Shop Talk Brings Inventive Cocktails and Comfort Plates to Bengaluru

No Shop Talk, a cocktail-led bar opens Embassy Tech Square at Bellandur, Bengaluru. Founded by hospitality entrepreneurs Nikhil Wahi, Kapil Dua, and Raja Mukherjee, the venue is designed as an after-work escape for corporate professionals looking to unwind beyond office conversations and deadlines. 

Combining inventive cocktails, globally inspired comfort food, and immersive interiors, No Shop Talk aims to offer a more intimate and relaxed alternative to the city’s usual nightlife scene. The cocktail programme, curated by Countertop and led by mixologists Kiran Kuberan and Vardhan, follows the theme “Life & Afterlife,” exploring ingredients in both their natural and transformed forms.

The menu features signature drinks such as Grape & Pomace, Coffee & Cascara, Coconut Water & Coconut Oil, and Cheese & Ricotta, offering layered flavours with creative twists. Alongside the cocktails, the food menu focuses on globally inspired comfort dishes made for sharing, including the Truffle Burrata Tart, Goan Cutlet Sliders, Kimchi Smash Burger, and Aslam Style Butter Chicken.

Speaking about the launch, Co-Founder Nikhil Wahi shares, “We wanted to create a space where people could leave work at the door and reconnect with a different side of themselves. No Shop Talk isn’t just about cocktails or food - it’s about slowing down, staying present, and enjoying the moment without the noise of everyday work life.”

With its immersive atmosphere, concept-driven cocktails, and quietly rebellious personality, No Shop Talk arrives as Bengaluru’s newest excuse to log out a little earlier.
