Restaurant India News: KFC Opens New 3,500 Sq. Ft. Outlet at Spectrum@Metro Noida

KFC India has opened a new outlet at Spectrum@Metro Phase 2 in Sector 75, Noida, as retail and commercial destinations continue to strengthen their food and beverage offerings to drive higher consumer footfall.

The new KFC outlet is located at Tower B on the ground floor and spans approximately 3,500 sq. ft. The addition further expands the quick service restaurant presence within the mixed-use commercial development and is expected to attract consumers from Noida and nearby residential markets.

Spectrum@Metro Phase 2 has been positioning itself as a combined retail, dining, entertainment, and leisure destination, supported by growing residential density and connectivity across the region. The addition of KFC is part of the project’s strategy to onboard established national and international food brands as experiential retail continues to gain importance in commercial real estate developments.

Industry experts note that food and beverage outlets remain a key driver of repeat visits and longer customer dwell time for malls and mixed-use developments, particularly in high-density urban markets such as Noida.
