
DoubleTree by Hilton – Whitefield has introduced Captain Chip’s Galley, a new open-air cocktail venue inspired by its namesake’s spirit of culinary adventure. The space offers a globally influenced menu and an elevated dining experience in the heart of Bengaluru.
The restaurant showcases signature grills and seafood from around the world, served with Hilton’s signature warmth. Guests can enjoy premium spirits and inventive cocktails crafted by the in-house mixologist, along with panoramic sunset views from the open-air deck.
The menu highlights include Orange & Soy Glazed Barramundi, Barbecued Prawns in Coconut & Lime, Grilled Lamb Popsicles and Shami Kebab.
